JA Consulting worked with me to design and deliver a ‘relationship workshop’ with the aim of setting the right behaviours over the coming 2 years to best enable the delivery the strategic aims of both my business and those of my customer’s. Their change lead, Caroline, drew upon her deep knowledge of human behaviour and understanding of the military to keep all stakeholders engaged which enabled us to make rapid progress during the preparatory stages; her approach left almost nothing to chance and meant we achieved our aims at every step of the way.
