Caroline Gowing (Greenslade) is an expert programme change management consultant working across Defence, wider corporate business, and the charity sector for the past twenty years. She specialises in the initial establishment and senior engagement required for complex organisational change, particularly associated with military and MOD engagement with industry.
She combines her psychology background with a pragmatic application of skills and tools into an evidenced approach helping organisations to implement change whilst retaining focus on business outcomes. Caroline is a highly competent strategy and change management facilitator able to work with an individual or group to draw out their understanding of a problem and solution and then take this forward to build programmatic products that can be easily understood, persuasively communicated and attractively presented.

Caroline is able to draw on her time in the military and a varied career across the spectrum of large multinationals, small innovative technology companies and as an embedded consultant within central government. She has led teams in environments as diverse as military frigates, complex change programmes, multinational experiments and time-focused acquisition projects.
