HOW TO KEEP YOUR PEOPLE LEARNING AND SPIRITS LIFTED WHEN FACE TO FACE TRAINING IS IMPOSSIBLE
The current worldwide Coronavirus emergency is unprecedented for all of us and begs the question how do you keep people learning and their spirits lifted when face to face training is impossible? With challenging times ahead and with many people working remotely – from home or elsewhere – all across the world, I am sure many managers will be putting in measures to keep their teams in contact with co-workers. Perhaps interactive, bite sized remote webinars are the answer.
Remote webinar sessions
It occurs to me that whilst face to face training can’t take place then the value of bite sized remote webinars in helping a sales team share experiences is super valuable. We have redesigned a number of our interventions into bite sized chunks with interaction. So far everyone we’ve talked to loves the idea.
Make remote feel a little less ‘remote’
And more than extending skills, this approach also aids motivation and morale. Staff feel included at a time when perhaps self-isolation – or even the prospect of it – is making them feel excluded.
So, to help you respond to current challenges, contact me to find out how we might be able to help you with interactive, bite sized remote learning.
