With over twenty-five years of experience, Mark is a seasoned business and change leader who has successfully overseen, designed, and delivered complex new and transformed business models. As an experienced managing director, Mark has sold, set up, and led outsourcing contracts, managing P&L responsibilities for up to £50m in revenue and overseeing a workforce of 1,500 people.

Mark is an expert in transformational change, having led numerous complex change programmes. These include setting up and managing new organisations, introducing new IT platforms and applications, and responding to external changes such as regulatory shifts and the impacts of Brexit.

A dynamic leader, Mark has a proven history of developing and maintaining strong relationships. Mark excels in supporting change teams with organisational design and process development, creating overall strategies and design principles, and implementing new processes, organisational structures, technology, and staff skills to deliver innovative approaches.

With a focus on process re-engineering, Mark is dedicated to improving business efficiency, developing alternative models, and defining new standards. Holding a BSc in Biochemistry and a Black Belt in Six Sigma, Mark combines technical expertise with a passion for excellence in business transformation.
