RUNNING EXCELLENT REMOTE WORKSHOPS - THE POWER OF VISUAL NOTES

Earlier in the week we outlined our #5toptips for running excellent remote workshops. We were thrilled by the positive response and thank everyone who contacted us to say they find the tips helpful.

As you might expect, we do use these tips ourselves. For example, our graphic facilitator, Emma, has been busy doing what she does best and sketched this great reminder of the #5toptips for running excellent remote workshops which you can now download for free.

Remote & in real time

Capturing visual feedback can be done remotely and in real time as the online workshop is happening. When that happens your teams and workshop attendees get to see an instant visual review of the decisions made and actions agreed. That’s much more likely to be stuck up on a wall or kept on the desk; making it much more memorable – and actioned.

Our experiences suggest you can still run teams that need to work together regularly, you can still hold large workshops and events, and you don’t need to stop business development and sales calls – you just have to change how you do them!
